Servers, access, rights and logging. Optional and separate: you can also use your own servers.
Running on AI capacity, optional infra and maintenance are separate lines in the quote. New requests and features are charged separately, always after you agree.

Where do I start?
We talk for half an hour. I map out what you have, and we choose where to start: Davy for your software, Busy for your processes or Sally for your customers and market. If you like, I set up a safe infrastructure first. Your own servers work too.
What's the difference between Davy, Busy and Sally?
Davy fixes your software: he replaces what's too expensive or too slow with custom software you're free to adapt. Busy takes over your processes, like invoicing and other routine work inside your business. Sally does the commercial work: signals, content and follow-up. Busy and Sally first have to get to know your business, so the start takes longer there.
Isn't this just another AI tool?
No. There are plenty of AI tools. I arrange what goes around them: the role, the rights and the connections. That's when the tool does real work in your business.
Is my data safe?
Davy works without customer data, only with your code. Busy and Sally only use the customer data their task needs, with a model that doesn't learn from your data and with rights you set. Every step is logged. Hosting and processing stay in the EU.
Can the AI put things live by itself?
No. Davy never puts anything live himself. Busy and Sally bring anything outside their mandate to you.
What if I want to stop?
Then you stop at the end of the term in your quote. You get an export of your data within thirty days. What happens to the code depends on the licence. Your own software simply stays in your repo.
Which subscriptions can go?
That differs per business. I list what you use, and we choose together what stays and what goes. Want to keep a tool? Then you keep it.
Does my team need special skills?
No. You choose per job: don't do it, do it yourself, I do it or teach you, or I host it.
How do you charge?
I do the onboarding for a fixed price, never by the hour. After that you pay monthly for running: your processes on AI capacity I buy in. Servers are not included. I arrange those separately if you take infra from me, or you use your own servers. We agree maintenance separately; new requests and features I bill separately. What falls under what is in the licence.
