Privacy statement

This is how I handle your personal data. The controller is JJ Beheer B.V., trading as Agentuur (KvK 91060699).

1. What I collect

What you enter in the contact form or give me for a quote: name, company, email address, phone number, country and your message. If you become a client, also your company and billing details, such as legal name, registration number, address, VAT number and billing email address.

2. Why

To answer your question, make a quote and, if you become a client, deliver and invoice my services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, performing the contract, and my legal duty to keep accounts.

3. Signing in with an email code

In the client portal you sign in with a code I send to your email address. For that I store your email address. A code is valid for 15 minutes. You do not need a password.

4. Payments

Payments go through Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. You enter your card or bank details at Stripe. I do not store card details myself. I only keep a reference to your customer record at Stripe and the status of your invoices.

5. Email

I send quotes, sign-in codes and other messages about your order through Google Workspace, from an agentuur.org address.

6. Booking an intro call

If you book an intro call via the button on the site, you go to Cal.com. There you enter your name, your email address and whatever else you put in the booking form. Cal.com, Inc. processes that data to schedule the meeting and sends me the booking. Cal.com processes the data in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

7. Cookies

I only use cookies that the site needs to work, such as security and session cookies. I do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Visitor statistics

I count visits myself, on my own server and without cookies. I do not store IP addresses. I only keep daily totals: which page, which site you came from, the campaign in the link (UTM tags), the type of device (mobile or computer) and the language. To estimate the number of visitors per day, I turn your IP address and browser into an anonymous code using a key that is replaced every day. I delete that code and that key after the day. If Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is on in your browser, I do not create that code. I keep the statistics for at most 13 months. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in seeing how the site is used.

9. Where your data is stored

On servers in the EU, shielded by Cloudflare. You can see which other providers I use and where they process data on the providers page.

10. How long

Requests and messages that do not lead to an agreement are deleted after 12 months. I keep invoice data and the related records for 7 years, as Dutch tax law requires.

11. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to its use. Email billing@agentuur.org. If you are not happy with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
