This statement explains how JJ Beheer B.V., trading as Agentuur, handles personal data on agentuur.org.

1. What we collect

Details you enter in the contact form or configurator: name, company, email address, phone number, country and your message or configuration.

2. Why

To answer your question, prepare an offer and, if you become a customer, to deliver and invoice our services. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.

3. Cookies and analytics

We only use cookies that are necessary for the site to work, such as security and session cookies. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Where your data is stored

On servers in the EU. We use the providers listed on our providers page.

5. How long

Offer requests and messages that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months. Customer and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires (7 years in the Netherlands).

6. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can object to its use. Email [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
