Terms of service

These are the principles our terms of service are built on.

1. Parties

Services are provided by JJ Beheer B.V., trading as Agentuur, registered in the Netherlands (KvK 91060699).

2. Third-party services

Where we deliver services of a third-party provider (such as servers, network services or AI models), that provider's terms and service levels apply unchanged. We pass them through; we do not extend them.

3. Our own responsibility

We are responsible for our own work: provisioning, configuration, monitoring and support. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our own services in the twelve months before a claim.

4. Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by card or SEPA Direct Debit. Billing for a service starts on the day it is live. Changes during a month are charged pro rata.

5. AI capacity

Agentuur AI capacity is sold in units with a fixed monthly limit. When the limit is reached, usage stops until the next month or until you add units. We choose the models used.

6. Term and cancellation

Subscriptions run per month and can be cancelled at the end of any month.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
