Terms of service

These terms apply to everything I do for you through Agentuur. I keep them short, so you actually read them.

1. Who I am

Agentuur is a trade name of JJ Beheer B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 91060699. You can reach me at billing@agentuur.org. My VAT number has been applied for.

2. Quote and agreement

I send you a custom quote. The agreement is made as soon as you accept that quote online. A quote has monthly and one-time lines. What the accepted quote says, applies.

3. One-time lines

I invoice one-time lines as soon as you accept, and they are charged right away through Stripe. Onboarding always has a fixed price, never an hourly rate.

4. Monthly lines

Every month you pay for running your processes on AI capacity I buy in, and for whatever else the quote lists per month, such as maintenance or optional infra. A monthly line starts as soon as I set it live. From then on I invoice it monthly in advance.

5. New requests

If you want something new or an extra feature, I make a separate quote for it and invoice it separately. It is not part of the monthly management.

6. Purchasing and providers

I buy in AI capacity to run your processes. If you take infra from me, I also buy servers, and software where needed. I pass that on to you. What those providers deliver is covered by their own terms and service levels. You can see which providers I use on the providers page.

7. Code and licence

Which licence applies to each repository, Commercial, SoftLEFT or Proprietary, is in your quote. What it means is set out in the Agentuur licence. Your data is always yours.

8. Payment

You pay through Stripe, by card or SEPA Direct Debit. If a payment fails, I let you know. If payment still does not come in after that, I may suspend the service until it is paid. Send invoice questions to billing@agentuur.org.

9. Cancellation

You cancel each monthly line separately in the client portal. You can stop at the end of the term in the quote.

10. Liability

I am responsible for my own work. My liability is limited to what you paid me in the twelve months before the damage. This limit does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence.

11. Changes

If I change these terms, I tell you by email in advance.

12. Applicable law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
